Colour Correction Guide
The first step is to import your file. You do this by going to ” File ” then ” Import ” and then ” File.. ”
Once your file is opened select the ” Roto Brush Tool “.
After selecting the roto brush tool, you will need to hold right click and use the mouse to outline the object. The green root brush is used to highlight the section you want. For example the outline of the lady.
The red roto brush is used to highlight the areas you do not want. For example, you would highlight the background. This is so you get the figure of the lady.
After using the roto brush you will see a pink outline around your selected object.
You will then need to duplicate the video to change to the colour. You can do this by going to the “Effect” menu and going to “Colour correction” and then selecting “Black and White”. Once you have selected it one of the videos will change colour.
Once you have finished the object you selected should be black and white, whilst the rest of the video is original.
